Valentine's Day Mini Sessions

$180.00

On Sunday, February 8th, we’ll be hosting Valentine’s Day mini sessions at Wicker Park Studio North! The studio is located inside the Flat Iron Arts Building at 1579 n Milwaukee Ave. Each person will get 15 minutes in front of the camera to be photographed in a heart shaped photobooth built and arranged by Micki. (See inspiration moodboard here for a better idea of my vision!)

Individuals or couple are welcome, but please consult Micki via email or Instagram DM before booking for groups of 3 or more. Otherwise, please indicate in your Calendly booking notes whether it will be just you or you and a partner.

$180 secures your 15 minute photo session, three master retouched digital files of your choice, one 8×10 matted print of your choice, and one instant film shot to take home with you when you leave the studio that day. You will choose your favorite images before you go, so please budget 30 minutes total for your time with me at the studio.

Upgrades are available for more images and print media like mini albums or framed wall art. We can make sure that orders arrive to you by Valentine’s Day if you are gifting them to somebody!

I am in the process of building a little Valentine’s Day set for this day of mini session! I have not done a specific set build like this before so I don’t have personal examples of what that will look like, but please click here to see my Pinterest inspiration board so you can see what I’m planning on!

I’m building a heart shaped photobooth and will have props available to use like roses, chocolates, heart shaped balloons, and if all goes as planned – A cupid-esque bow and arrow! I’m going for deep reds more than pinks and will be combining textures of seamless paper, velvety cloth, and some fluffy cloud like material.

I will not be providing any garments! Your wardrobe is up to you, so please plan accordingly. For the most cohesive results, I’d recommend wearing red, white, pink, or black.
